Nessecom solution helps QEII ward upgrade.

QEII hospital is a 175-bed facility that has selected Nessecom as its upgrade path for ward renovations. With the legacy nurse call system having now reached its end of life, QEII hospital has looked towards Nessecom to bring a new standard of nurse call to the facility.

Important Nessecom features for the hospital was interfacing the new nurse call system with older wards, accessing call logging and installing activity boards. Another key factor was serviceability with other nurse call solutions proving too costly to service and maintain.

With the first ward upgrade now successfully complete and the second ward due to start by the end of the year, QEII hospital is well positioned to meet current and future patient, staff and management needs.
